Working principle of Carbonization Furnace
1. Drying stage
    From the start, to slowly rise to 160 degrees Celsius temperature carbonization, the bar containing water mainly depends on the external heat and bar produced by the combustion of evaporation. Fuel rod chemical composition has hardly changed.

2. Initial stage of carbonization
    This stage mainly depends on the bar self combustion heat, the carbonization temperature rises to 160 to 280 degrees Celsius temperature.

3. Comprehensive carbonization stage

In addition to producing methane, ethylene and other combustible gas, the combustible gas combustion in the furnace.
