Product Introduction

It is a type of valve used to control or limit thepressure in a system or ash silo which can build up by a process upset, instrument or equipment failure, or fire.

The pressure may change when the air stream inflows the ash silo or outflows, or the temperature rises or reduces. 
High quality and useful silo pressure release balance valve  (So-called Ash Silo Relief Valve or Ash Silo Vacuum Relief Valve): is mainly used on the top of the Steel Silo or Ash Silo to release the extra pressure so that it will stay at a safe range all the time. 
 Vacuum Relief Valve is made up of lid, spring ring, movable ring, film, spring of the retainer ring, retainer  ring, valve lid, Valve base. 

Working Principle 

1.Static status: Once you set up a pressure range. Normally,  pressuer could be maintained at a stable level in the ash silo.The valve lid keeps static, and the whole valve is completely sealed.

2.Pressure-Release Status: when the pressure rises upon the setted range, the valve lid would be opened automatically to release the extra airstream.As the pressure goes down to the standard level, the valve lid would be closed automatically.

3.Vacuum-Released Status: when the pressure is lower than the Standard Atmospheric Pressure in the ash silo, it generates vacuum in the silo.Then the film works and adjusts the air pressure back into the safety range.So that, ZSF508 Ash Storage Protection Device   protects the silo from safety hazard.
