 Fiberglass cover made via RTM process:

1. Different from hand lay up process, parts made from RTM process will be smooth on both sides.

2. Lower mould cost than compressin molding (SMC) process.

3. High strength, UV resistant, fire resistant as per your request.

4. No special MOQ.

5. More clean workshop than hand lay up, end with better surface than hand lay up.

 According to customers' requests, most common will be bubble warpped first and then carton packaging on pallets for shipping.

2.  Evaluate the cost, both mold cost and unit pirce.

3.  Mold drawing to confirm before getting started.

4.  First sample to confirm.

5.  Necessary adjustments to be discussed and made.

6. Final confirmed sample as the standard for mass production.
