Material

1) PE rattan

We are using the premium quality Synthetic Wicker (PE) rattan.

2) Cushion and pillow

Cushion and pillow used 100%polyester waterproof fabric with zipper.

So you can rest assured that our products can be put in the open air.

3) Aluminium frame

Aluminium frames are made from heavy gauge 100% aluminium alloy extrusions with uniquely supported inner wall. All joints are hand Argon weled with full circum ference welding and hand ground to ensure long lasting strength.

4) Terms of payment

1. T/T or irrevocable letter of credit at sight;

2. 30% deposit as order confirmation, 70% balances to be paid before loading;

3. Balance paid against the copy bill of lading.

5) Packing

1. We use plastic film wrap the product first, then woven bag wrap outside.

2. Cushions and Fittings are packed in separate PE bags.

3. Glass tops are well protected avoiding any possible damage.

6) Delivery

Normally 25 to 30 days. Depend on your special requirement. 3 weeks after we received 30% deposit. And we offer 7 days delivery to those long term cooperate partners.
