A: Our company is professional in doing warehouse racks, supermarket racks,
convenience store shelves,fruit and vegetable racks, wooden showcase, metal hook,
all kinds of showcase, display stands, supermarket equipments, etc.

3.Q:What is the material of your products?
A: Metal/ Wooden/ Glass, etc. It’s depend on the products.

4.Q: How to packing about you products?
A: For the mental rack, we will knock down packing with plastic bag inside and with
carton outside. For the wooden rack and glass showcase we will packing by wooden
case.All the goods we will packing well. It’s safe for long-distance transportation

5.Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Quality is priority. we always pay great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the finishing.

6. Q:I like your design, but couldnt find the right model from the products list, is custom size available?
A: Yes, we do custom products and projects.

7. Q:I would like to have my own design products and qty is not that big, is it ok?
A: Yes, we can go with your custom design, no matter small or big qty, however, pls understand the cost will be different.

8.Q: I don' have drawing or picture available for th custom products, could you design it for me?
A: Yes, we can make the best suitable design for you but do need to know the details such as 1. dimension 2. loading capacity 3.stackability 4.operation environment. etc)

9. Q: What is your average production lead time?
A: 4-5 weeks against formal order and deposit.

10. Q: What happen in case any quality problem is identified after arrival?
A: We take full responsibility for any manufacturing defect, would either refund or
reship good products to you.
