Features:

1. Using original imported key parts to improve the reliability of the instrument, the heating furnace adopts light-weight insulation material to make instrument lighter.

2. Adopting unique control mechanism to achieve automatic open and close of top cover to avoid heat radiation on operator.

3. In order to achieve automatically repeated weighing at a high temperature, the analyzer integrated an imported high-precision electronic balance and an automatic weighing device.

4. The instrument can test moisture, volatile component and ash content of 19 samples within 150 minutes; it is suitable for analysis of bulk coal samples.

5. The procedures of moisture and ash content are in accordance with international standard, which can be used for analysis of arbitration, also can make quick test, the volatile content error: ≤ ± 1 .

6. Adopting thermogravimetric analysis, automatic weighing and feeding sample, automatic data processing, report printing, saving and so on, the fixed carbon content, hydrogen value and calorific value will be automatically calculated by measuring the moisture, volatile and ash content.
