Application:

Series TJ Coalescence-separation waste fuel oil recycling machine adopts advanced polymer fibre as the filter medium combined with the special oil-water separating device to make TJ is good at breaking emulsion and filtering. It can effectively separate water from oil. Series TJ can work online with turbine system for breaking emulsion and filtering, also it can separate particles and mass water from light oil. Series TJ works without heating and vacuum source, less power consumption, low operation cost. Series TJ use of trolley structure, light weight, easy operation.

  2. Remove the free water in the oil, which can make the water content less than 100PPM after treatment.

3.  Filter the solid granule in the oil, which can make the cleanness grade reach NAS6 or higher

5. With high filtration precision and large pollutant containing capacity, the filter element has got long life span and high-efficiency dehydration function.

6. No vacuum heating and high-speed centrifugation, the running cost is low.

7. Never change the physical and chemical property of the oil, which can prolong the life span of the oil.

8. Equipped with the alarm function when filter element malfunction occurs, and the function of overload protection of electric equipments as well as the alarm transmission.
