Application:

Series TY vacuum turbine oil filtration systems is special for cleaning and purifying unqualified and serious emulsion turbine oil. This oil purification system use a special polymer materials as filter medium, it combines with vacuum separation technology to break emulsification, dewater, degas, remove acid and particles, make the badly turbid turbine oil becomes clear transparent. TY vacuum turbine oil filtration systems can quickly and efficiently separate moisture, gas, particles from oil and break emulsification, so that making sure quality of filtered oil to achieve new oil’s standard, ensure whole turbine system run well. Series TY is a perfect turbine oil purification system for live line work.

 

Features:

1. Multi-stage precision filtration system, mesh filtration combined with molecular adsorption technology.

2.Duplex-Stereo film evaporation technology, equips with unique and advanced dewatering, degassing components, can rapidly and effectively separate water, gas from oil.

3.Special polymer materials as filter medium with the functions of broken emulsion, dewatering, removing particles

4. Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.

5. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system to ensure machine operation easy and safely.

6. Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.

7. Work online with stream turbine, hydraulic turbine.

8. It can purify low viscosity hydraulic oil and lube oil.
