Brief introduction of Yogurt Cup Filling Machines:

BG series cup filling and sealing machine is used for yogurt cups filling with water, milk, pudding, yogurt, jam or any other liquid/jam type products, soft ice cream even. Change the filling part, to adjust this machine for all kinds of products above. It could be film sealing type or cut foil seal. In film sealing, it first seal with film then cut it . In foil seal, it has a sucker device to struggle foil and put onto cups ,then seal it. In the end with a pneumatic cylinder auto push finished cups out.

This is a total full automatic machine as a small production line.

Working process of Cup Sealing Machine:

Auto dropping cup →auto filling→ auto putting film→ auto revising→ auto sealing →cup out

At one time can filling and sealing max 8-10 cups.
