Structure features:
1.Door skin is made of white or various PVC coating steel plate which produced from Bao Steel.Its thickness is between 25-26 gauge(0.5mm) standard,and can be changed as per your requirement.With galvanized steel plate as the base plate,it is made through degreasing,cleaning,chemical conversion,primer painting and finish painting.The coating thickness is greater than 20um,having good weatherproof nature,corrosion resistance,flexibility and glossiness.
2.Two fillers can be chosen:polyurethane or solid polystyrene foam.The advantages of polyurethane are:higher density,harder,heavier,higher index of sound insulation&heat protection.
3.The door frames are made of high-quality solid wood.After drying and epidemic prevention processes,the moisture index will be less than 12%.
