SPHC :  C : ≤ 0.15   Mn:≤ 0.6   S :≤0.05   P :≤0.05

SPHD :  C : ≤ 0.1    Mn:≤ 0.5   S :≤0.04   P :≤0.04

SPHE :  C : ≤ 0.1    Mn:≤ 0.5   S :≤0.03   P :≤0.035

2.SPHC/SPHD/SPHE Mechanical  properties:

Tensile Strength σb(MPa) : ≥ 270

Elongation δ5(%) : 

SPHC : ≥ 27(thickness between 1.2-1.6 mm);

      ≥ 29(thickness between 1.6-3.2 mm); 

      ≥31(thickness above 4 mm)

SPHD:≥30(thickness between 1.2-1.6 mm);

      ≥32(thickness between 1.6-2 mm);

      ≥33(thickness between 2-2.5 mm);

      ≥35(thickness between 2.5-3.2 mm);

      ≥33(thickness between 3.2-4 mm);

      ≥39(thickness above 4 mm)

SPHE: ≥31(thickness between 1.2-1.6 mm);

      ≥33(thickness between 1.6-2 mm);

      ≥35(thickness between 2-2.5 mm);

      ≥37(thickness between 2.5-3.2 mm);

      ≥39(thickness between 3.2-4 mm);

3. Application: 

JIS G3131 SPHC/SPHD/SPHE steel plate/sheet is stamping and cold forming steels,SPHC,SPHD and SPHE are symbols used in the Japanese Industrial Standards for steel sheets.They are characterized by a minimum tensile strength of 270MPa.
