Bulkhead embedded Insulating Glass

 Insulating glass is a kind of glassproductwith a drying air space. It is composed of two or more pieces of glassas effectivesupport and partition and uses a seal around the edges. The glassispartitioned with hollow aluminum alloy bulkhead filled with desiccantorcompound seal string, and the cavity layer is filled with dry air or inertgas.The bulkhead and glass are sealed with butyl adhesive before the treatmentwithpolysulfide sealant or structural sealant.       Insulatingglass can be categorizedinto two-layer and multilayer insulating glassaccording to the number of cavities. The former is composed of two pieces ofplate glass and one cavity,and the latter is composed of more than two piecesof glass and two or morecavities. The more the number of cavities, the betterthe thermal and acousticinsulation will be. The two-layer and three-layerinsulating glass with two cavitiesare most widely used.

Application:

  It can be widely used in glass curtainwalls, doors and windows of industrial and civilconstruction, the glass partsof automobiles, trains, ships, aircrafts andinstruments, and the places thatrequire thermal insulation and temperaturecontrol and dew control, such asobservation door of freezers and coldstorages, to preventfrost and heattransmission.
