Introduction

Stellite alloy is a range of cobalt-chromium alloys designed for wear resistance. It is a completely non-magnetic and corrosion resistant cobalt alloy. There are a number of Stellite alloys, with various

compositions optimised for different uses.Some are formulated to maximize combinations of wear resistance,corrosion resistance, or ability to withstand extreme temperatures.

Application

Typical application: valve seat inserts, valve seat rings, valve cage, bearing, cutter edge, steel mill guide roll, engine valve, high temperature& pressure valve and turbine blade, saw teeth screw flight, sleeve, wear plate and variety wear parts.

The satellite series shows outstanding properties in wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, also most of our items made of powder metallurgy, it increase the properties.
