The single-layer plastic sheet extruder is designed and made by Hangzhou POLYTECH Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd. Different raw material can be used for the board, like PC, PS, HIPS, ABS, PP, and PE. Our sheet extrusion line is composed by extruder, hydraulic screen changer filter, T-die, three-roller calendar, cooling bracket, double station winder or cutting device and stacker.

Competitive Advantage:

Inclined and vertical three-roller calender should be chosen according to the thickness of the sheets. Temperature controller operates separately and gap among the three rollers can be adjusted freely, and the central roller has special design of regulating angle. Both ensure the excellent calendaring effect and even thickness of  sheets.
