Q1. what \'s the procedure to place an order to your factory?

A:  you propose your technical requirement, we prepare and submit the testing card in meeting your requirement, once your approval, we make the printing proof against your artwork provided or the artwork we created for you(if you need), we sent the printing proof for your approval before we printing the sample cards, once your approval to sample cards you place order /P.O. and arrange deposit to us to start mass production, after production finish, we deliver to your appointed place and provide the documents to you for Custom clearance or we fulfill the Custom clearance for you depending on which kind of trading terms achived between us.

Q2.  what trade term you usually used?

A:  FOB shenzhen CIF XXX by air or by sea  DDP xxx by air or by sea 

Q3. what\'s payment term you usually use?

A: T/T, 60% upon order placed, balance 40% before shipment,  or WestUnion payment, or Letter of Credit
