HC-203 Series High Pressure Polyurethane (PU) Foaming Machine was designed and upgraded by integrating European technology standards and our all these years achievements, has been widely appreciated by our customers at home and abroad.

General Parameters:

HC- 203 series PU Foaming Machine:

High pressure PU Foaming Machine has been widely introduced in fields of chilling and icing industry, air conditioning, refrigerating industry, cold storing industry, insulation materials and so on.

Two components and multi-components are available 

It \'s ideal for ice tanks, chilling closets, ice boxes, refridgerators, cooling houses and other cold insulation funactional products.

1. Equipments productivity 

    polyurethane foam machine matches with sole molding molding line(60 position or more), we produce

    polyurethane soles by 50 shoe moulds, 10 hours one day and 8 circles/hour, as the rotating speed, it can yield

    4000 pairs of soles per day.
2. Polyurethane foamed machine matches with sole upper-link molding production line(60 position), we are

    produce 10 hours one day and 8 circles/hour, as the rotating speed, it can yield 1200 pairs of soles per day.
3.  Double color, double density polyurethane sole or upper-link molding shoe products, this techniques should be

    second pouring, so productivity will be decline.

Controling System:

1, With the state of the art computer controlled system to gain the machinery more efficiency and reliability.

2, Self-diagnositic, alarming and monitoring functions and multi-language alternatives.

 2. How many days will you finish installing?
   For low pressure and high pressure injection machines, 10 days will be enough for our technicians to

   complete the equipment installation, erection, start-up commissioning and personnel training.

   For PU molding machine, mold carriers, and sandwich panel production lines, 25 to 30 days are

   necessary for our technician to complete the assembly, installation, erection, start-up commissioning

   and personnel training.

 3. What would be charged for your engineers to install and train our people at oversea plant?
     Usually are the costs invoving in the asigned ngineer\'s visa, air tickets, acommodations, 

     and their salary. It is our policy to charge USD 150 per capita per day.

 6. Does your engineer understand English?
