(1) Delivery time:Within 25 days after 30% advance payments by T/T

(2) Delivery method:Partial with Wooden package or as your  requirements

(3) Payment term:Take 30% of the total price as advance payment by 

     T/T and the balance should be paid off before delivery.

(4) Installation:The seller is responsible for installation and debugging.The whole installation,debugging 

     and training will take about 3-5 days, and the seller will send professional engineers to install, and the 

     installation fee is 60USD/day/person.The buyer is responsible for the round-trip.

(5) Guarantee:The seller is responsible for changing the parts which have quality problem of the 

      machines in one year, except for the wearing parts and the quality were caused by wrong operation 

      and other man-made factors,and the quality problem should be confirmed by two sides.
