C. Ultrasonic Flaw Detection & thickness measurement at the bottom

     in order to avoid any poor blending, tiny cracks or inclusions at cylinder bottom, which the common 

     leakage test and blending inspection cannot find out. 

D. Ultrasonic Flaw Detection + Magnetic Powder Detection

     UT detects the straight part of the cylinder, plus MT detects the whole body of cylinder, 

     in order to prevent tiny cracks at both ends caused by poor heat treatment or defective materials.
