KD158 high-speed beam warping machine / High-speed , big-winding package

Main technical features:

High-speed, big-winding package, AC motor drag warp beam directly and controlled by PLC. The transducer will be realized positive infinite variable and invariableness linear velocity winding.

It adopts advanced coder system for measuring about length and speed, hence it eliminate the error of length indirectly counting.

The operation interface consist of advanced computer and colorized touching screen which can display each parameter. It installed additional supervisor system and fault inspecting device.

Warp beam, compressing roller and measuring roller are running synchronically. The compressing roller installed damp and resilient device in order to avoid abrasion of yarn’s surface.

Stainless steel compressing rollers have slippery surface.

W-shape expansion reed controlled by stepping device and swing with warp beam which will be ensured symmetrical distributing of yarn
