Capability characteristics: 1) The machine uses imports PLC to carry on the logical control and the protection 2) Closed loop control of four units tension: the unwind, outfeeding, infeeding and rewind adopts closed loop tensile control system which is dancer and AC vector motors (seven motors tensile control system) 3) The parameter setups and the tensile demonstration in the four sections of tensile on the machine are carried on by two men-machine contact surfaces in the front or the back 4) The touching screen shows running status in various operating points, and precisely demonstrates machine running rate and printing length 5) The printing roller uses the non-axis pneumatic top device for convenient replacement and the accurate localization 6) The rewind and unwind unit uses double independently turn-over structure, the high speed and non-stop automatic connecting printing material which reduces material waste when recharges 7) The printing ink is automatic circulated and pneumatic pressurizes the ink scrape, the pressure can be adjustable 8) The automatic constant temperature control system in used for the film drying.
