Cyclone dust collector dust extraction system melting furnace dust filtration .   Air flow 21000 M3/H ,  the cyclone dust collector is composed  by cyclone seperator and bag filter dust collector, the cyclone seperator is acting as spart arrester and it will extend the long working life of bag filter dust collector . It is widely applied in the metal scrap melting furnace dust filtration site . 

Brief Introduction :

ECOGRACE cyclone dust collector  generally cyclone with  pulse jet type dust collector and sold by assemble in whole for shipping . It is generally with smaller air flow from 2000 M3/H to 30000 M3/H , which is small in outside dimention , and we will design the most reasonable dimention for easy container loading and shipping , no need more installatino work at production site . It will be assembled in whole and put into the container , you can directly start when take out from container .

Working Principle of  small Dust collector Filter Unit :

1. The compostion of small dust collector unit  :

Single Baghouse and assembled in whole before shipping and only one step before starting .

Assmebled Filter Unit ,  Fan , PLC , air compressor .

2. The filter  cleaned  by solenoid valve pulse.  ASCO and GOYEN is the regular band we take .

3. Filter cage  and filter bag will be fit in the assembled baghouse . 

4. Good and reasonable design for the hoods and capacity of dust collector will reach a very different working result for the steel plant induction furnace .
