Q1: How long will the order process take? 

A1:  To organise the sizing and design usually takes 1-2 weeks. From there, normally production times are 2-3 weeks from sign off on artwork and supply of sizing break. Once the garment is placed into production we will provide an expected delivery date. We usually get the production faster. However, If your order is very urgent, you please tell us before order, then we can help to finish in promised time.  

Q2: Can I create my own design? 

A2:  You are more than welcome to bring a design to Runtowell that you have created. Our graphic designers will transfer it as accurately as possible to our templates. If any potential design limitations arise however, the designer will inform you of these issues before starting any design work. 

Q3: How do I know what sizes to order? 

A3: Our cuts and materials have different sizing so it is important that you and you team look at the correct sizing charts before choosing your sizing. Sizing for each garment is located off the main product page. 
If you think our sizing chart is not fit your body, you can measure your body (Chest, Waist, Inseam etc)send us your sizing chart to us. We can follow yours to make the clothing

Q4: From what quantity can be designed and ordered? 

A4: We always provide the extra service to the customer to even from one kit (jersey short sleeve + shorts) to choose the design all by itself. You can feel free to come and to put your ideas on paper and we work this out further than according to your wishes.

Q5: What are the possible means of payment? 

A5: We accept Western Union,Money Gram, bank transfer or payment through Escrow. Let us know what you with the best method and we will give you the necessary payment details. 

Q6: How to start the business with us(Runtowell)? 

A6: Send inquiry or email to us, tell us your question. We will contact you with more details like desings, sizes, payment, and shipping method etc.

Q7: What format are logos required in? 

A7: Logos are required in a Vector image format. Generally these have an extension of .eps or .ai. Please note that logos cannot just be saved into this format. The original vector images are required as they contain the workings of the logo. If you cannot supply us with the vector image of a logo, our design team can recreate the logo.

Q8: Will it cost anything to have a design made by Runtowell’s design team?

A8: Runtowell offer a free design service for its customer’s.
