1. Q: How to make a sample? 

A: Provide us your plush toy design artwork or high definition photo, it's better to send us your original sample if you have it, we produce the sample based on your figure.

2. Q: Can I get a sample to show around to buyers? 
A: Yes. Once all details of your ideal are conveyed, we will design and manufacture a prototype sample that you can show buyers.

3. Q: How do I protect my idea? 
A: We will sign a NDA(Non Disclosure Agreement) with you this means we cannot show or reproduce your product without your permission. We are in toy business more than 12 years that we only manufacture goods for you. We have no interest in stealing ideals, and we insist that it is in writing. Contact us for an NDA.

4. Q: How much for customizing one plush sample? 
A: It depends on the complexity of your ideal or artwork. Normally need $50.00~$150.00 or more.

5. When can I get the sample? 

A: Usually we need 3-7 working days to make a sample, some complicated design takes more time, especially plush toy with embroidered or digital printed logo. 

6. Q: Will our sample cost be refunded? 
A: Yes, it will be refund after get your order.

7. Q: How much does my idea cost to produce? 
A: It depends on your unique product.There are many aspects that can affect the final price. Therefore, it is helpful if you have a budget in mind that we can use as a starting point. There are a few distince factors that influence the price, which are: Quantity- in general, the more you order the less you pay per piece. This has to do with not only materials, but also the labor involved to manufacture your custom plush toy. Size-small size as below 6" does not just mean material is less but the workmanship is difficult will add the labor. And bigger toy does not just mean more material. The greater size, adds to labor and shipping cost as well. Quality-We can choose from many different qualities of plush and materials, all ranging greatly in price. Details-Similar to the differences in quality but from a manufacturing point of view. 
8. Q: What is your minimum order? 
A: 500piece as normally but can be less if we have stock material.

9. Q: Is your first price quote the final price? 
A: Our first price quote is an estimate based on the limited information that you provided on your initial quote form. As we have rich experiences in plush industry and can usually get close with our first quote, every project is slightly different. Therefore the final price maybe higher or lower then the first quote. However your price will be final before we start production and will be not be any surprice charges to worry about.

10. Q: Can I have my company name or logo on my custom plush toy? 
A: Yes. We can add your logo or name on plush toy in various ways. We can make your logo on the face of plush toy by silk screening or embroidery. We also can provide your own hang tags or sewing label. All of these details will be discussed during the prototype stage.
