Our ICTI audited plush toys company was established in 2002 from a small workshop, and now We are a company with two branches of more than 800 employees. Our headquarters locateds in the city of Dongguan and covers an area over 15000-square-meters and more than 500 employees in total. The main business scope of our company is all kinds of OEM plush stuffed animal toys, plush dolls, plush pillows and gifts made of plush material with high quality and best price of huge quantity monthly. We have provided professional custom services to well-known enterprises/ clients at home and abroad.

Our factory has successfully passed the ICTI, ISO9001 and Global Security Verification audits, and we have the independent Commercial Inspection and the Right of Import and Export.

All our products are used the environmental protection new material and have excellent workmanship, which can pass the relevant test standards(CCC, CE-EN71, ASTM963 & AZO Free) of China, European and American countries in the world.

Q: Are u a plush toys manufacturer or a trade company ?

A:  we are a manufacturer , have been in the plush field for more than 13 years , now we have more 700 staff .

Q: What is MOQ?

A: 1) On the normal situation , our MOQ is 1000 PCS, which is one of the lowest in the industry of plush toys.

    2) For some special cases, the MOQ is negotiable.

Q: What is your payment term?

A: 1) by T/T,30% deposit  and 70% balance paid before shipment or the copy of B/L

    2) For big order, we can negotiate the payment term, it will be good for both of us.

Q: How can I get the samples?

A: 1) For new customer, the sample cost is $80  per design. When order quantity over 5000 pcs, the sample fee will be refunded.

    2) For long term clients, the sample cost can be negotiable for you according to the complexity of the product.

Q:  What is your sample and mass production lead time?

A: 1) Sample time: 5 ~ 7 days

    2) Production time: Generally, 30-45 days according to the order quantity and complexity.

Q: What is your Standard Packaging ?

A: Each plush toy will be packed in a individual poly bag, then into the carton.         The carton size is depend on customers' requests, or based on the most reasonable size.
