1. Applied ranges:
This machine can be applied in pressing various kinds of melamine tableware, such as bowl, cup, dish, chopsticks, spoon, plate, smack-box, starch imitation porcelain tableware plant fiber imitation porcelain tableware, and so on.
2. Working principle:
This machine is composed of main machine, hydraulic control system, electrical instrument and heater etc. The main machine has two parts, upper board and lower board. The hydraulic device is placed on the top of oil tank and the electrical box is on the front. The oil pressure gauge shows the pressure and the pressure switch controls the pressure. The plunger piston presses the mould from fast to slow, then heats by heating device to make the material sulfurization and form. The distance between upper board and lower board can be adjusted by the nut. The max distance can be 300-400mm.
3. Features:
(1) The running speed is from fast to slow to reduce the impact of the machine. And the voice is low. It is not easy to damage the mould.
(2) Manual operation and auto operation for choice.
(3) The oil circuit is designed reasonable, which works quickly and steadily. The valves are adopted famous brand products.
4) By using high and low pressure way; it can save the energy greatly.
