2XZ series of rotary vane vacuum pump is the two-stage high-speed and directly coupling rotary vane vacuum pump(Hereinafter referred to as pump)It has an eccentric rotor mounted in the pump body cavity and two spins in the rotor slot.
When the rotor drives the rotary vane,the rotary vane separates the inlet and outlet by the centrifugal force and the spring of the blade,increases the volume of the intake cavity periodically and to inhale the gas,reduces the volume of the exhaust chamber periodically and to compresse the gas,by using the compressed gas pressure and oil, push the exhaust valve to obtain a vacuum.
