Q1: Do you offer a free sample of outdoor cable tray ?
A: We can provide a free sample, but the freight is paid by you. The sample is sent out about 3-7 days.
Q2: How to pay sample and express charges? 

A: For express charges ,you can pay to our company account directly, For those customer who has express account, we will send the samples by freight collected . if customers need samples, we will charge the cost first , once they place orders ,we will return a part cost to their account . 
Q3: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Usually,we accept T/T, irrevocable L/C at sight ,for regular order ,we prefer 30% in advance ,70%before shipment.

Q4: How do you control the quality ? 
A: We have QC team comply with TQM,each step is in compliance to the standards,At the same time ,we can take photos and shoot video for you.
Q5: What about lead or shipping time?f
A: The lead time depends on quantity you ordered ,but generally within 10-20 days upon receipt of advance payment.
