The use of VDR series vane pumps is:

3, flow control: the flow adjusting bolt right rotation displacement reduced, rotate displacement increase regulation when loosen lock nut, displacement regulation, regulation, please lock nut.

4, pressure regulation: pressure adjustment bolts, turn to the right, pressure drop. Turn left and the pressure rises.

5. About P-Q adjustment at factory (standard product)

Flow regulation = maximum flow specified in product catalog.

6, the initial operation of the pump, the pump discharge side without load, repeatedly starting motor, pump and exhaust pipe in the air, confirm the pump discharge of oil, at least 10 minutes of continuous operation without load. 17, the core deviation between the pump shaft and the motor shaft is less than 0.05mm, and the installation platform should have enough rigidity. (angle error is less than 1 degrees).
