Structural features:

1. Hydraulic pump mainly consists of pump body, gear, bearing seat, safety valve, bearing and sealing device.

2. Pump body and bearing seat are gray iron castings. Gears are made of high quality carbon steel. They can also be made of copper or stainless steel according to the special needs of users.

3. There is a stuffing chamber on the bearing seat, which acts as an axial seal. The packing seal is made of flexible graphite with good elasticity, high and low temperature resistance, stable chemical properties and self-lubricating properties.

4. There is a safety valve in the pump. When the pump or discharge pipeline fails or the discharge valve is closed completely by mistake, the safety valve will automatically open and discharge part or all of the high-pressure liquid back to the low-pressure chamber, thus playing a safe role in the pump and pipeline.

5. The elastic coupling is directly connected with the driving motor and installed on the common cast iron chassis.
