1.Using self-developed and edited original program and oprearting program, all winding, deviation correcting, turns control, various display and other production factors are calculated by PLC control system and supported, then it is achieved by each system.
2.Operator is only required to input related parameter by the large touch-screen interface, the same specification work by each system.
3.All device can be operated by manual through button including jogging, linkage.
4.System can be stored more than 30 group data, conveniently for operating and calls. The counter can be manually counted according winding art, in a separate layer of insulation winding, it can be not counted, operating conveniently.
5.Our equipment has network communication capabilities, easy for system updating and maintenance in future for automatic program.
6.Has following function of automatic adjustment.
