24inch RIver Cutter Suction Sand Dredger for Coastal Construction

Cutter head

For one cutter head, there are 6 blade, 7 teeth equipped on one blade. There is material Cr. for easy-wearing proof.

Cutter head is driven by hydraulic motor; cutter bearing has lubrication seal-in units.

Hydraulic system:

The most important parts of river sand dredger and wheel bucket dredger. The hydraulic system requirements are very high and strict; it’s the main artery of the entire sand mining dredge. Lateral traction winches, lifting winch and cutter head of the dredgers are driven by hydraulic motors.

Cummins engine

Testing equipped on the discharge pipeline on the river sand dredger. The river sand dredger has Cummins engine and hydraulic system for easily operation.

Kinda Pump

Flow passage components use High wear resistant alloy Cr27 to prolonged the pump service life, pump shaft seal use packing seal which is easy to maintain , and antifriction bearings are from Janpanese brand NSK.

Yes, it must be. Each river sand dredger must be tested very well before ex-factory so that can guarantee dredger performance at customers' working sites and save the time and cost for customers. Before test we will send invitation letters to the clients to invite them come and do the performance inspectation by themselves, after get the clients permition and the river sand dredger will be transported to the port for loading.

There are two ways for river sand dredger being transported, if the river sand dredger size smaller than JMD350, it is easy to transported by containers; if the river sand dredger size is larger than JMD350, it will be transported by bulks. The river sand dredger structure is dismountable and assembled so that can be easy transported by trucks on road.

After river sand dredger arrive at clients' working site, we will send two experienced enginneers for sand dredger body assembly and native workers' training. With the asist of ancillary equipment like excavators and cranes , the sand dredger assembly can be finished within 10days and training can be in one week.
