HSP-36 Plastic Lab Parallel Twin Screw Extruder

General Introduction:

SHP-36 parallel twin-screw extruder is mainly used in filling, blending, modifying and strengthening of rubber, plastic and engineering resin, devolatilization treatment of chlorinated polypropylenes and superabsorbent resins, extrusion of degradable masterbatch, Polyamide Polycondensation, Polyurethane Polymerization, the granulation of carbon powder, magnetic powder, and manufacture of insulating material, sheathing material, low smoke and low Halogen Flame retardant PVC Cable material and silane Crosslinking Agent for Cable, etc.

It is the ideal equipment for experiment and small batch production .

Main Composition:

1. Drive System

The motor adopts Y series AC motor, frequency conversion speed regulation. The gearbox is a hard-toothed oblique gear drive, integrated design of deceleration and distribution.

Bearings and seals are imported products, long life, no leakage. External forced lubrication and cooling system, equipped with pressure gauges, filters, safe and reliable operation, easy to maintain.

2.  Extrusion System

The machine screw and barrel adopts “building block type” structure, according to the different requirements of the user process, it can be arbitrarily combined.

The threaded element is double head deep groove type, high speed tool steel material, after vacuum quenching, the hardness of HRC58 / 65 is reached.

The screw element and the core shaft are connected to the involute spline type, so that the strength of the thread element and the core shaft are strengthened and high speed is realized.

3.  Main Feeding System

The main feed is twin screw agitated feeder, frequency conversion speed regulation. It has the advantages of uniform and stable feeding, no bridge, easy to adjust.

The feeding hopper is made of stainless steel with windows and discharge ports. Feeding motor has aluminum alloy shell, beautiful appearance, reliable operation.

4. Heating and Cooling System

The heating ring is made of cast aluminum material. The heating is uniform and rapid. The cooling system is controlled by soft water, imported solenoid valve and temperature control meter.

It is equipped with heat exchanger and large stainless steel tank, rapid and uniform cooling, accurate temperature control. Long-term use does not produce impurities, do not block the cooling channel.

The solenoid valve is selected from Italy CEME, and the temperature controller is selected from Japan RKC brand.

5. Vacuum System

Built-in vacuum system, small area, installation and maintenance is very convenient.

Under the negative pressure of the vacuum pump, the exhaust gas (containing dust) produced in the barrel first enters the vacuum tank to remove the dust, and then into the vacuum pump releases the dust.

In this way, the service life of vacuum pump is greatly improved.

6. Screen Changer

Manual double-position screen changer, material is high quality nitriding steel, treated by nitriding, good wear resistance, no leakage. The heating plate is made of cast aluminum.

7. Electronic Control System

 The electronic control cabinet body is standard GGD electric cabinet, the appearance is beautiful. Buttons, knobs, indicator lights and so on are joint venture products.

 The heating is controlled by solid state relay, no noise and long life.

 Interlock between modules (including head pressure protection, overcurrent protection,  etc.) can ensure the safe operation and normal operation of the equipment.
