1. Product structure

The dredgers can be designed to be self-propelled or non self-propelled. 

Generally, it consists of operating cabin, a main pontoon housing the diesel engine and the dredge pump, plus two side

pontoons, the cutter ladder and two spud poles. 

The pontoons are equipped with swing devices, cutter ladder lifting devices, spud devices, deck crane and so on.

The design, construction, quality inspection is according to the standards and regulations of CCS.

-Anchor booms ( 2 pieces for each dredger, help anchoring to increase productivity )

8.1 Photo for in-house testing center

All cutter suction dredgers will be completely assembled and fully tested in our factory before they are delivered.
After the final testing,each dredger will be dismantled and packed in bulk for shipping.
When all units arrived at your work sites, our engineers will come to guide, teach and train your staff to debug and operate
the dredger until they can operate skillfully by themselves.

Why is the dredger shipped in bulk not in container?
Because its size is large and can’t be putted into container.What’s more,if the dredger must be shipped in container, its
main engine room has to be designed smaller, but it is inconvenient for maintaining or repairing in the long run.

The cutter head is driven by hydraulic motor, the shaft sealed in lubrication filled casing with bearing.
Each cutter has 5 blades, 6 teeth equipped on each blade.Its material contain Cr. to prevent easy-wearing.

Because the dredger is dismantle for transportation, after the dredger parts arrived in the work place, it needs engineers to
help installation and assembly and if need, teach the workers to operation.
