2.Product introduction:

The dredger is a not self-propulsion, hydraulic cutter suction dredger. The pontoon part is made up of several boxes. The dredger equipments include sideslip device, cutter up and  down device, location spud device, deck crane and so on. The main engine is an independent  entrainment form, one main pump engine, one auxiliary hydraulic engine. Dredger pump host  output belt has clutch reduction function. Dredger pump is driven by the main gear decelerating box. Lighting and emergency power for stopping working will be offered by the generator set. Cutter will be driven by the motor and cutter bearing with lubricating sealing device.

Hydraulic pump will be driven by the gear box through auxiliary engine.

7. Dredging pump :

The dredge pump is high efficiency made from wear resistant casting impeller and liners fitted on heavy duty shaft and high quality roller bearings. The impeller is fitted on the shaft by trapezoid thread directly machine on the shaft end. The shaft sealing is a water cooled sealing that can be replaced after wear life.

The impeller is a special type of double curved vanes high efficiency and wear life optimized tested in laboratory and onboard of dredgers. The impeller is fixed on the shaft by trapezoid thread machined directly in the impeller hub.

The pump casing has a shape of a volute designed of a high efficiency and wear life optimized tested in laboratory and onboard of dredgers.

The pump liners are made of high wear resistant materials and thick wall thickness to

maximize the wear life. The casting covers are made from fabricated steel stiffened where necessary and machining to fit the case and the liners.

The cutter motor is hydraulic driven low speed and high torque heavy duty design. The cutter motor is mounted on the cutter front piece on the ladder end. A special cover is provided to protect the motor from damage due to sand, rocks and debris. The cover can be removed from easy inspection and maintenance.

10. Hydraulic Winch:

For hosting the ladder one hoisting winch is provided on the front of the main pontoon mounted on a stiffened foundation. The winch is hydraulically driven through a reduction gearbox build in the winch structure. The winch has a disc brake that is automatically activated in case of pressure drop. The winch is operated from the control cabin and has one fixed speed.

12. Operation Cabin :

One single control cabin is provided on the front side of the main pontoon with glass windows overall which allow the operator to have an overview on all components on the deck and on the ladder.

One door on each side of cabin. Two operation tables installed, all necessary instruments for operating the dredger, monitoring the dredge operations warnings are equipped on the operation table.

13.Dredger Installation: 

A:   The total installation of dredger will need 10-20 days

B:   2-3 skilled engineers will sent to guide the installation of dredger and train the operators.

C:  Our engineer will arrive your working site within 3 days when the dredger has been transported to the workplace.

D:  Buyer need to arrange 6-8 workers to assist our engineers in the process of installation.

E:  Dredger should be tested for running 24 hours after the complete installation. Dredger test includes:

Operation of the sand /mud dredging, Hydraulic and electrical system operating, Running of the dredger’s outfitting equipment.
