1.Mini Bucket Wheel Dredger,Hydraulic Cutter Suction Dredger at  Your Service:

This ship is a small size bucket wheel dredger. It use bucket wheel to cut and break soil to form mud. Then the mud is pumped by the dredge pump driven by the diesel engine and transported to the appointed place. The ship is suit for many kinds of soil,effective.It is suitable for hard soil, such as clay,grit,fine sand and normal mud. The dredge pump and bucket wheel use high wearable materials. Bucket wheel,spud lift and shift winches,ladder winch are all hydraulic driven. The hydraulic system is controlled by electromagnetic directional valve. The controlling system is concentrate controlled in the operator cabin. The ship can be fixed with anchor casting pole,trolley. The driving devices of the bucket wheel use lub oil and floating seal.

Testing equipped on the discharge pipeline on the dredger. The dredger has Cummins engine and hydraulic system for easily operation.

Pipelines and floaters.

Usually, There are steel pipelines and PE pipelines, customers can buy them from us or themselves. If customers have special requirement, the pipeline and the floater can be customer made by suppliers. In packaging, pipelines and floaters are put into 40" high container for shipping.

Generally, customers need to buy more pipelines. Thats because pipelines can be bend for time saving.

Hydraulic system:

 the most important parts of cutter suction dredger and wheel bucket dredger. The hydraulic system requirements are very high and strict, it’s the main artery of the entire dredger.

An integral hydraulic system includes hydraulic oil tanks, hydraulic pump, hydraulic valve manifold, solenoid valve, hydraulic pipes, hydraulic components, electrical actuator and so on.

Our cutter suction dredgers are designed by senior engineer, who have specialized in shipbuilding and dredging work for many years, to guarantee they are well-designed and practical.

Our experienced installers will arrive at the construction site to guide, teach and training

your staff to debug and operate the dredger until they can operate skillfully by themselves.
