1. How long is the delivery time?

      According to client's requirements, the delivery time is usually 25-45days.

2. How long  is the warranty period?

      Usually the whole harvester has 360 days guarantee.

3. Is your compay foreign trade company or manufacturer?

    we are manufacturer.

    Our company can give design for Cutting Boat according to your requirements. And we can give simple drawing before signing contract.

6.  How to intall the Cutting Boat

      First we build in our company shipyard and export.

      After your customs clearing, we send 1-2 engineers to guide to install the Cutting Boat. 

7. When installing, what cost should we pay?

      our engineers and workers visas and round-trip tickets, their foods and accommodation, their communication, illness and safety.

8. What is the payment terms?

    usually the deposit is 30%-50% of total value. Before loading, all the balance shoulde be paid off. Or you can give your own payment terms, then we can negotiate it.

9. Does your company supply training service?

    If you need us to train your workers, our engineer can do it. But I think you had better extend the installation time and pay salary.

10. After one year, if the Cutting Boat is broken, how can we do?

    If the machine is not in warranty period, we also can supply maintenance service, but you should be responsible for the maintenance cost, for example, salary, round-trip tickets, visa, insurance, foods and accommodations, broken or spare parts cost, etc.
