5-Axis Vertical Machining center

1. VMC0875T gantry high-speed milling machine is a mainly used in the molding industry producing cavity, die-casting, cas ting, deep drawing, stamping, and other types o f molds.

2. It can efficiently process the flexibility of the valve body, thin wall category, shell class, and frame class.

3. The standard machine comes equipped with a two-axis workbench, which can continuously execute high-speed milling,

boring, drilling, reaming, tapping, and other processing procedures.

4. Moreover, it can easily process parts with complex curved surfaces such as impellers and blades.

5. The entire machine adopts a gantry moving beam structure and the linear shaft is directly connected by the motor.

6. This provides machine specialties of high speed, high acceleration, and high density. Then, the performance from comple ting high speed cutting during unit time, creates high precision and surface roughness.
