Product configuration
1. Body material: high quality seamless steel tube and carbon steel plate, protected welding by carbon dioxide flux cored wire.100% - ray inspection is qualified.
2. Heating element: stainless steel electric heating tube, with small volume, long lifetime and convenient replacement.
3. Water pump: high temperature-resistant and high pressure-resistant pump, which can ensures continuous water injection to the boiler under working pressure.
4. Pressure controller: ensure that the equipment works under safe pressure.
5. Temperature controller: as an auxiliary protective measure for heating elements.
6. Floating ball level controller: control the water level.
Automatic control and protection function
1. Automatic water feeding function: during the working process, the water level in the generator body is falling due to the continuous output of steam.When the water level falls to the middle level, the water pump works automatically, and the softening water is added to the generator to upper water level. Then the water pump is closed and stopped filling water.
2 Pressure automatic control function: when the steam pressure in the generator body reaches the upper limit value of the pressure controller set up, the heating power can be automatically cut off, and when the steam pressure in the generator body is lowered to the set level, the heating power can be automatically connected to ensure the steam output with a constant pressure.
3. Automatic protection function of water shortage: adopt double automatic protection measures of liquid level controller and temperature controller. When the water level of the generator is down to the lower water level due to the accident, the heating power can be automatically cut off. When the water level controller is invalid, the water level continues to fall to the position of the electric heating tube, in order to prevent the electric heating tube from burning without water, the temperature controller will signal and cut off the heating power to ensure that the heating element not damage due to lack of water.
4. Over pressure automatic protection function: when the pressure inside the generator body exceeds the rated pressure safety valve due to accidental reasons.When setting pressure, the safety valve can be opened effectively and timely, to protect the safety of the equipment and operators.
5. Over current protection function: when the generator is working, due to various accidents cause too much current, The circuit protection function will be open to prevent damage to personnel and equipment.
