3. Working principle

 Dicing machine has two main actions: material pulling motion and cutting motion. Material pulling motion means pulling the material in the cutting slot forward to the cutter bar area by pushrod; cutting motion means cutting raw material into diced meat.

(1). The pushrod can be adjusted as stepless speed by adjusting the cutting thickness knob so as to meet different requirements for cutting thickness.

(2). Step motion can make diced meat with square structure.

(3). It adopts preload design to ensure the even diced meat during cutting process.

(4). Cutter bar and cutter can be removed for cleaning and replaced easily without using tools.
