Introduction of Wood Pallet Block Making Machine

It is used to turn the wood waste such as sawdust, wood wools into the pallet feet which is for the transportation pallet. The final product could get the E1 grade.

The pallet feet could be solid without hole in the center, also could be hollow.

Besides, you could customise the mold for other shape wood waste compressed products.

--Usage: This wood sawdust block making machine is used to make blocks/feet/log for pallets, which is can be used in packing industry and logistics(transportation);

--Raw Material: Sawdust, wood shavings, wood chips, waste wood, used pallet and so on,also the glue(urea formaldehyde resin);

 Work flow of Wood Pallet Block Making Machine

a, Crushing the wood, branch, wood waste into sawdust, wood shavings or wood wools (or you have the raw material already);

b, Drying the raw material to 8% (solid block) or 10%(hollow block);

c, Mixing the raw material with glue;

d, Pressing them in the wood pallet block machine;

e, First cutting the product from pallet block machine into bar;

f, Second cutting the strip into the single blocks.
