1.Conveyor belt

convey the drink bottle into label remover, save labor and evenly feeding.

2. New type label remover

Convey diameter 5-15cm, length 15-30cm bottle evenly into label remover, separator remove the label and blower suct the them out before leaving machine.
95% high removing rate and 1000kg/h capacity, low loss.

3.washing and crushing machine

This machine has washing drum which has pre-wash function and directly spray goods into rinse tank.

4. Rinse tank

Suitable for polyester separation of impurities can be further after cleaning and rinsing make more clean, also is necessary equipment seperating cap and chips.

 5.Friction washing machine

Strongly clean the oil which attached to the chips.

6. Horizontal dryer

Remove water and impurity, dewatering rate can reach 96-98%.
