1. The inner pot of the Automatic Cooking Mixer is made by Austenitic stainless steel which can heatproof and acidproof. Beautiful appearance, easy to install, operate convenience.
2. The dissolvers are fitted with agitators and its driving motors and speed reducer.The pre-weighted sugar, glucose and water are fed into the dissolvers for dissolving. Double Jacketed kettle is a kind of cooking and mixing device used in dairy processing and beverage production.

(1) What is the voltage of the machine? Can we change the voltage?
The voltage of our device is 380V, 50Hz, 3Ph, which can change the voltage,but it is all three
items of electricity, and the power is constant.
(2)The cutting size can be adjusted?
The conventional knife can not adjust the size, it needs to be customized, because the blade is
fixed on the casing, and the spacing between blades is fixed. If you want cut of different
sizes, it needs to be customized knife.
(3)What is the sizes and raw material of the pallet?
The size of the general tray outer frame is 650*650mm, the material is food grade PP,and the
size of the pallet can be customized according to the size of the peanut bar before cutting.
(4)What is the raw material of the roller?
It can be made of stainless steel, and also it can be made into PP.
(5)Can we make different sizes of the finished product?
Sure, the lengths can be adjusted by machine.
(6)What kind of finished product we can make?
Caramel treats ShaQima, peanut candy, sesame candy, cereal bar...
