Brief introduction

CTE201 is the highest temperature range and the highest accuracy of the laser interferometer method of thermal expansion performance testing system in china. This test system has been used to solve the problem of low thermal expansion performance test in the world with the most low temperature drift, and thetemperature range cover -20℃~1400℃, and the high precision measurement of the thermal expansion property of low thermal expansion materials is completed. 

Features

1 a dual frequency laser heterodyne interferometer is used to provide a better signal to noise ratio than other laser interference method, and it is not very sensitive to the change of the environment. Even though the intensity of 90%, can get effective interference signal, it can achieve better resolution and measurement accuracy. The processing requirements of the tested material sample is relatively low, the thermal expansion range and size can be very broad, the test procedure is simple and quick, and the data processing procedure is simple.

2 with 2nm/℃ high stability heterodyne laser interferometer, and the constant temperature precision constant temperature water bath ±0.05℃ makes the laser interferometer was in a state of constant temperature, effectively guarantee the expansion of the measuring accuracy of the instrument.

3 with the corresponding vacuum degree control device, the vacuum degree of the vacuum chamber is always maintained at about 100Pa, which can eliminate the influence of the gas refractive index, and can keep the heat transfer efficiency of the gas in the vacuum chamber.

4 configuration of the tilt adjustment mechanism, can help the operator to complete the precision alignment of the interferometer.

5 different heating methods are used for different temperature ranges. At 200, the temperature of the circulating oil bath temperature control mode is used, and the electric heating mode of the graphite heating body is adopted at 200. Lower temperature range can choose different cycle oil bath or liquid nitrogen temperature control, high temperature can choose heating mode to reach above 1600℃.

6 using a sample of vertical structure, can measure the thermal expansion properties of various rigid and elastic body material with the change of temperature, the minimum thickness of the sample can reach 1mm.
