CT-003 piston ultrasonic flaw detector

Introduction:

The CT-003 piston ultrasonic flaw detector is an ultrasonic testing device specially used for detecting the axial and radial offset of the cold oil passage in the piston and the non-destructive testing and quality inspection of casting defects such as local bubble pores. The device has good detection repeatability, stable work, simple display and easy operation.

The flaw detection system of the ultrasonic testing machine of the piston is composed of 2 CTS-04PC ultrasonic card 8 channels and JKK-04PC interface card. The performance indicators of this product are in line with and partially better than ZB Y230-84 "General technical conditions of A-type pulse reflection ultrasonic flaw detector", JB/T 9214-1999 "A-type pulse reflection ultrasonic flaw detection system working performance test method" standard. The technical performance and indicators of the product meet the requirements of the current flaw detection process for instruments and equipment in the metallurgical industry, and meet the technical requirements of the metallurgical industry related standards for flaw detection equipment.

1. Complete equipment: The equipment consists of CTS-04PC ultrasonic card, JKK-04PC interface card, industrial PC, flaw detection sink, probe positioning clamp, bearing piston turntable and electrical control.

2. Recording and judging software: The equipment is recorded by the PCI interface circuit and the special software of the CT-003 Piston Flaw Detector of the industrial PC to record the flaw detection process.

3. Equipment function: automatic judgment; workpiece control parameter input (workpiece name; oil passage end, measuring surface distance; tolerance; small allowed

Defects, maximum defects); result save and alarm; file playback and printing functions; set parameter save and parameter call.

4. Data processing: The detected data can be saved and transferred to other personal computers via USB interface for further analysis and processing;

File; provides playback application software that can be installed on a personal computer.
