XDLP-C100-400 Vehicle-mounted cold spraying machine is a special high-pressure airless spraying equipment for highway road marking. It is widely used for marking road center line, traffice lane of highway, national highway, urban road, airport, parking lot etc. Such as: solid line, dotted line, curve, guide arrow, text and so on.
This machine uses imported Hongda gasoline engine as the power. The hydraulic cylinder driven by piston pump through reciprocating motion to generate high pressure to breathe the paint. The pump’s flow is heavy and could supply paint for 2 guns. So the double solid lines could be finished by one time, and the making speed could be up to 5kms per hour. This machine is a double cylinder machine, so the white line or yellow line could be exchanged at any time during the operation.
Meanwhile, this machine has its own power and does not need to take power from the motor vehicle. It can start to work the moment that be loaded on the vehicle, and no effect to the vehicle when unload it from the vehicle.
