The pulse type dust collector is used for copper melting furnaces, aluminum casting furnaces, asphalt mixing plants, grinding machines, kiln dust and other dust collection and desulphurization systems.

Pulse-type dust collector is an improved high-efficient model based on bag-type dust collector. It conquers traditional weaknesses like low intensity of dust-clean in separate chamber, uneven distribution of air-in/-out, etc. Stable operation, easy maintenance and longer use of filter bag have attained good comments from customers worldwide.

Pulse-type dust collector is widely used with melting-and casting furnace, drying machine, mill, dedusting-and desulfurization-system, etc. Filtering bag is made of polyester needle felt; Temperature for continuous use is less than 120℃; If filter bag is made of METAMAX-high-temperature needle felt, its working temperature can reach 204℃, while collecting efficiency above 99.8%.
