What is a Pneumatic Mast?
Pneumatic masts are a type of elevation solution using compressed air to raise the central column to its extended height. The masts can either be locking, which each section locks into place once it reaches its maximum extension - designed for safety and long term use( do not lift down the mast), or non-locking where each section sits on cushion
of air- more appropriate for short time using.
Classification of masts
Model"AT8"---no cable and no lock, for Short time using and small head load.
Model"AT9"---with lock. for long time using and large head load.
Model"AT7"---with cable. for mounting camera, lights or antenna.
Common application
Telecommunications, Surveillance, Broadcasting, Disaster Recovery, Site Surveys, Energy Production,
Site Security...and so on.

Available Extended height:2m to 30m
Head load capacity:5kg to 500kg.
Lift operation choose
If no electricity and head load is not heavy, lift control could be foot pump or hand pump---manual lift.
If thers is electricity and head load is heavy, lift control should be air compressor, easily and quickly.

Operation steps
2.fixed the mast on the ground. tripod fixed diameter is 3.4m,guy wire fixed diameter is 8m.
3.air inlet of control valve connect with air compressor.
4.air outlet of control valve connect wtih the mast.
5. once all mounted, you must keep the lifting control valve handle bar in middle location. (it make the air do not come into mast)
6.open the air compressor switch, at same time adjust the pessure regulating switch to reach 0.2MPa which the pressure gauge shows.
7.then pull up the lifting valve handle bar, mast will rise.
8.if you want to make the mast stop in some height, just make the handle bar in middle.
9. when lift down the mast, please pull down the lifting control valve handle bar..
10m military communications locking pneumatic mast for elevated testing
the damaged of the telescopic mast will enjoyed free after-sales maintenance
within one year time from the date of delivery on the condition that the buyer
himself will bear the shipping cost back and forth and the said damage should be
confirmed by the seller through photos and description
1.if mount mast on vehicle,just need car clamps to fix. If mount on ground,fix the base and tripod with stainless steel stakes,
2.Determine the mounting position of telescopic mast if manual and motorized mast hitting one ground anchor per 120 degrees. If pneumatic mast in 90 degree to fix the Guy rope.
3.Mount lifting handle bar to raise up manual mast. If pneumatic or motorized, use air compressors/foot pump and motor. But if motorized one, hand crank also work.
1.Waterproof and dust proof cover should be put into outdoor storage
2.If there is a situation that is not smooth or obvious noise during lifting mast,add lubricating
oil to make sure inner Mechanical parts work well. Suggest to add oil to the mast every 2-3 month.
3.Regularly check the connection parts in normal condition.
4.Change seals easily on regular time can make mast in good using conditions after
using 10 thousand times.
