1. Our company promises that the three guarantee period is: four months at home and five months abroad, and the period is calculated from the date of shipment by our company. 

Provisions: 

(1). It is not caused by the quality of our company, and we do not assume responsibility and any costs. 

(2) .If it is caused by the customer's failure or damage, our company can help to return to the factory for repair, but the customer must bear the production and replacement parts and repair costs. 

(3). Those exceeding the Three Guarantees period cannot be returned as a Three Guarantees condition. 

2. For the Three Guarantees condition, customers are never allowed to handle it without authorization. The Three Guarantees requirements must be implemented after our company confirms. For the Three Guarantees:

(1). Without affecting the customer's secondary sales, the Three Guarantees condition is repaired in accordance with the regular product production process. 

(2). After the warranty is returned, it will be returned to the customer within the time period agreed by both parties.
