Technical specification and functions

1.It can not only apply static detection, dynamic detection and optional detection to injection angle, dribbling, atomization and uniformity coefficient of one or more fuel injectors, but also simulate the performance of the engine and observe the overall operation process of the injectors.

Can arbitrarily set the rotation speed, injection time and times counting, injection pulse width and injection mode within the suggested range above, and the detecting mode may be static or dynamic, acceleration or deceleration. And the detecting process can be paused and resumed to original program.

3. Can diagnose one or more fuel injectors and employ automatic cleaning, reverse flushing and ultrasonic cleaning.

4. Diagnose under either injection time mode or times counting mode, the latter being the default detection mode. If time counting mode is wanted, just set the parameter manually. The system will digitally display the parameter, ease and simplicity of operation.

5. Has a unique two-line system which is applicable to all fuel injectors. The automatic discharge can prevent the liquid flow back to the cylinder.

6. Can do reverse flushing and disaffiliation-free flushing.

7. In case of different models of fuel injector, just use suitable plug and change the “O” ring.

8. The machine adopts micro-computer technology and mechanotronics design, together with clear digital display and power supply of 400W and specified protective device for injection.

9.The machine has powerful, reliable and clocked ultrasonic cleaning system, whose ultrasonic frequency is 40KHz. Work in accordance with fuel injector manufacturer’s suggestion, preventing any damage to the fuel injector. There are different connectors for different fuel injectors, applicable to standard model, Hose-Taic model, K model, TBL model, etc. Micro-computer control automatically regulates the fuel system pressure. The prevention over excess pressure can ensure fuel flow and normal pressure.

How to operate

The machine can detect the feature of the fuel injectors and diagnose and clean them. There are four diagnosis and cleaning patterns: Continuous spray cleaning, manual cleaning, automatic cleaning, and ultrasonic cleaning. This device also provides reverse flushing and disaffiliation-free flushing when needed. The following must be ensured before utilizing this equipment.

First, switch on

Connect the power cord to the socket on the right and employ AC 220V, and turn it on.

Second, fill detecting liquid

With power on, the original interface will immediately display “0000”. Press “DRAIN” and put the small funnel into the glass test tube, into which pour cleaning liquid, until the high level light is on. Press “DRAIN” again to switch off.

Third, inspect the impedance of fuel injector

Remove the fuel injectors yet to be inspected from the car, mark them in sequence and find out their impedance by digital multimeter, the difference of which can’t exceed 1Ω, otherwise the injector must be replaced.

 Fourth, fix the testing bay

Connect the fuel injectors to the oil circuit of the device, then fix the circuit with a bolt and insert the pulse signal cord to the injectors. For excess connectors, just replace them with the plugs in the tool box.

Continuous Spray

When power is on, tune the oil pump to the needed pressure and hold “CLEAN” key. Release the key to stop cleaning.
