Product Description
This industrial oven the bellows as the form of large diameter rotor loop, therefore has a large circulation air volume, heat distribution uniformity and other characteristics, suitable for industrial industries or need large baking area or the number of products, such as electroplating industry, electronics industry, alloy jewelry, such as the shape of plastic dry, dehydrated, but not with strong volatile and flammable and explosive items, lest cause an explosion.
The bellows are divided into horizontal convection and upper convection. The smaller studio adopts horizontal convection and the hot part is in the upper part, while the larger studio adopts upper convection and the hot part is in the upper part. The motor is installed in the upper or rear and circulates the heat to the studio by driving the wind wheel.
Glass fiber is used as an insulation material between the airbox studio and the shell. The shell is welded with a steel plate, and the liner is made of steel plate. Galvanized sheet or stainless steel.
